The difference between a group and a channel is that groups allow a certain number of people to talk to each other, whereas in channels only one person (company) transmits messages to hundreds or thousands of subscribers. Channels can only be created by VIP business account holders. Individuals cannot create their own channels.

All channels that have not been active for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted.
